How can our institution’s performance be measured and improved?
We prepare performance and benchmark analyses from financing and patient turnover data: we show where the institution stands compared to similar providers, where capacities are underused or areas underfinanced, and we give concrete, ranked recommendations. We have prepared such analyses for Hévíz State Hospital, the Ráckeve Outpatient Clinic and the Fót Health Centre, among others.
What capacity and service profile will be needed in the future?
As part of service profile development we carry out capacity planning, needs and traffic analysis, prepare regulatory plans and a medium-term development strategy. Recommendations are based on regional patient flow data and demographic trends, so maintainer decisions can be backed by numbers.
Which grant fits our development goals, and how do we manage it?
From monitoring opportunities through feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis to full professional and financial project management. We have contributed to winning more than HUF 25 billion in hospital infrastructure, equipment and organisational development grants.
